We regularly check our competitor’s prices to ensure we present our customers with the best possible buying experience. If you do happen to find a product that we sell cheaper elsewhere, we promise to match it!
Price Promise Criteria
To take advantage of our price promise guarantee, your claim must adhere to the following criteria:
The product in question must be identical
The product must be in stock at the alternative supplier
The product must be available for collection of delivery
The total price includes shipping fees
Promotional discounts cannot be applied to price matched products.
How To Claim
If you have found one of our products cheaper elsewhere and the criteria matches our Price Promise criteria, please email us at sales@oldfashionedbathrooms.co.uk.
To speed up the process, please keep the following information at hand to help us deal with your price match request:
- The product name and details
- The competitor’s name, price and product code (SKU)
- The URL of the website offering the product at a lower price
- If you match the criteria, we’ll match the price!
